Valentine's hussle free menu

Hi! I'm Kate Makaryeva. I am a software developer, a sommelier and a French cuisine fanatic.

I created a coding-style menu and cooking instructions for you and here are the benefits of it:

- the instructions are separated into "prepare" and "finish up" stages, so that you know what to do before your guest(s) come and the time in the kitchen is minimized once they've arrived;
- a clear shopping list for all the dishes;
- max 1,5 cooking for all recipes and you can break it down so that you don't have to spend all that time in the kitchen;
- professional wines and cocktail suggestions.

It's about joy of cooking, sharing with others and programming (a bit, you don't have do be a developer to understand the instructions, and I have tested that).
